I intend to use this page to pass on to any girls some of the things I have learnt.
Some have been learnt the hard way, some from forums, some from the local support group.I might eventually put them in some sort of order, but initially here are my ramblings.
- If you normally wear glasses and want to look a bit different then you can try two things
- Change to contact lenses - the daily disposable type - you then have a completely different look.
- Buy a pair of ladies glasses over the web you just need your eye prescription and a credit card.
I have put a e-shop that I use up on the WebShops page.- Buy the best wig you can afford - sometimes web shops have sales and these are really good buys
If you have a theatre in your local town there is bound to be a wig shop. They are used to theatre type people (as well as tgirls) going in so I would suggest you buy there first. Learn which colour and style suits you from a professional.- Do you yearn to go out but are scared of the neighbours watching? If so, then do it my way {sorry - and I don't really like Sinatra}.
- Buy a pair of nice ladies trousers and blouse or jumper.
- Put you base make up on, and undies including bra, etc, and a pair of trousers and blouse/jumper.
- Now put you shoes, wig, baby wipes and rest of your make up in a holdall.
- Put a fleece jacket on over your blouse - it'll cover all the blouse and your 'bumps'.
- If you want to put on nail polish then a pair of gloves will cover them (when dry of course).
- Now off you go in the car.
- Find a nice corner of a supermarket (or service station) car park, and there you can put on you wig, shoes and finish your make-up. Nobody looks twice at a lady finishing her make up in the car.
- Now off you go for a lovely day out - shopping, walking or just driving.
- On your way home just do the reverse, and use the baby wipes to remove your makeup.
As I think of more I'll add them on.
